Charles' father passed away in 2016 and he does not have a good relationship with his mother. He enjoys reading and writing at school and red is his favorite color. He enjoys helping others and going to church. He would like to become a police officer. Due to the situation at home, Charles has been removed and lives at the Wiphan Safe Home with other children and the house managers.
